A very special event was the Bob Dylan Festival in Detmold to celbrate his 70th birthday I had the chance to hit the stage with Dirk Schelpmeier, Andrew Garsden and Dan Townsend, what a n evening.
Only shortly before that I visited the Czech workshop of Furch Guitars and a few weeks back Jens Kommnick in the recording studio, details later in the magazine Akustik Gitarre. Apart from that there were the usual gigs with Pete Alderton and a few swing nights with the Jivecats.
The Whiskyfair in Limburg was a lot of fun like every year, again we had an Irish Night with Norman Hartnett and me at the Hotel Nassau-Oranien in Hadamar and I played some acoustic instrumentals the night before at the meeting for Whisky fans and VIPs. Next year a complet Whisky Fair arrangement can be booked at Reisekultouren.

Quite a good start for the new year: I had the chance to record my original pieces for solo guitar in January, now I have to find the time for editing. Here is already a bit of classical guitar that I did for the warm-up Soundclick. Also there were a few gigs with Pete Alderton , the Jivecats and solo, a nice mix. The first highlight was a trip to Quebec, Canada. I was lucky enough to have the great opportunity to visit Boucher Guitars, phantastic guitars! And I probably have never seen so much snow before...

Just had the first two Gigs with Pete Alderton in October it was the two of us in Schloss Hamborn and in November I had the opportunity with his band in Hamm. Cool new project...
Before the summer break I had a beautiful evening at the Cafe Mojo in Osnabrück. This was the first gig in years with me singing my older singer/songwriter material apart from my newer instrumental pieces. It was a lot of fun, like meeting old friends...
A good start were a few concerts with the JiveCats, the Kukulenz Trio and with Björn Kater. Also there were some "Help for Haiti" appearences with musicians like Arne Heger, Mickey Meinert, Dirk Schelpmeier, Volkwin Müller and others. With Yvonne Teichgräber & Flowin' we had a TV appearance in Bielefeld at Kanal 21 and solo concerts lead me to places like Edinburgh and Bochum apart from the usual local routine.
